Q: Warranty? for how long?

A: Warranty is free for the first year upon purchase, after which you can purchase extended warranty.

Q: Is setup and delivery included?

A: Yes, delivery and setup is available accross all of the UK. The delivery fee will have an additional charge if the machine needs to be taken up stairs. Please inform us upon purchase if any stairs will need to be climbed upon delivery.

Q: How long before it arrives?

A: Delivery of the machine can take up to 6 weeks from the approval of logo/ branding or if not choosing any branding, of purchase confirmation.

Q: How many tokens does the machine come with and can i order more?

A: The machine comes with 100 tokens as standard, and you can order additional tokens if necessary. Unless you purchased a coin operated machine

Q: Can i order a machine that accepts regular currency?

A: Yes you certainly can! Please let us know when you place your order that you want it to accept regular currency and not tokens.

Q: How many books can one machine hold?

A: We have two different sizes of vending machines. The smaller one can hold up to 150 regular sized books, and the larger one can hold up to 200 regular sized books.

Q: How do we restock the machine?

A: For schools, usually you would have a dedicated book supplier but if you do not then please let us know and we will see if we can get you a book supplier. For other businesses you should have a supplier for the product you plan to put in the machine, so it would be as simple as opening the front, putting your items in and closing it back up.

Q: What do i do if i need support with the machine?

A: Yes, our best seller is the reconditioned machine with optional branding as this offers an affordable option for the education sector.
